Not receiving email verification code

Check your Spam/Promotions folders, wait 1-2 minutes and try requesting the code again. Make sure the email address is entered correctly.

How to recover account access?

Email support@cryptotrend.ink and provide the email address you used during registration.

Subscription is active but Pro features are unavailable

Usually restarting the app helps. If the purchase was made through the App Store — contact support with a screenshot of your subscription status or order number.

How to cancel subscription?

Cancellation is done through Apple ID settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CryptoTrend Pro → Cancel. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.
